Orders over $75 within the contiguous U.S. qualify for free standard shipping. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your door.

We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses with USPS Priority; surcharges may apply.
Returns Policy

To ensure your peace of mind, our return policy is crafted to be simple, fair, and transparent, so you can shop with absolute confidence.
If you or your beloved companion aren't completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery (for online orders) or original purchase (for in-store items) for a refund or store credit. To be eligible, all returned products must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Due to strict health and safety standards crucial for the well-being of all animals, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Furthermore, certain items are considered non-returnable once shipped to preserve their integrity and ensure safety:

Initiating a return is straightforward: simply visit our online Returns Portal or contact our dedicated Customer Care team. For in-store purchases, returns are free and easy with your receipt or order confirmation. Please note that while customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, we will gladly cover these if the item you received was damaged or incorrect. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 45-60 business days after we receive and thoroughly inspect the returned item. Please be aware that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note, for the safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns on prescription medications, personalized items, or products marked as "Final Sale."
